摘要
概述了鲁奇炉气化过程中粗煤气组分监测的各种方法。针对工艺控制需连续监测各组分的要求,通过对煤气组分监测方法的选择、样气预处理系统的设计、煤气各组分对分析仪器干扰的比较,合理选择3种分析仪器结合成1套分析系统,实现粗煤气连续在线分析。在线分析仪投运后,煤气组分含量可直接显示到DCS,为生产安、稳、长、满、优创造了可靠的条件。
An outline is given of the various methods for monitoring the components of crude gas in Lurgi gasifier operation. In view of the process control which requires the continuous monitoring of the components, and through the selection of the method for monitoring the gas components, the design of the pretreatment system for the sample gas and a comparison of the gas components that interfere with the analyzers, a rational choice has been made of three analyzers combined into a set of analytical system, to conduct continuous on-line analysis of the crude gas. When the on-line analyzer is in operation, the content of the gas components may be displayed directly in the DCS, thus creating reliable conditions for safe, stable, long-term, full and optimal production.
