摘要
目的了解深圳市小学生食品安全知识、食品消费安全意识及卫生行为习惯,为实施食品安全教育计划提供依据。方法采用自填问卷,对2100名深圳市小学生进行食品安全知识、态度和行为调查。结果随着年级的增高,被调查的小学生对食品安全知识的掌握情况有向好的趋势,男、女生在食品安全知识得分方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);食品安全行为总体情况较好,但也存在食用不安全食品、有不卫生的饮食习惯的情况。结论应尽早、系统地对小学生实施食品安全教育计划,同时把家长纳入配合监督的教育行动中。
Objective To investigate food safety knowledge, consciousness of food consumptive safety and health behavior among primary school students in Shenzhen, and to provide basis for carrying out food safety education plan. Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey about the food safety KAP was conducted among 2 100 primary school students in Shenzhen. Results The mastery status of food safety knowledge scored higher with grade, and there wasnt significant difference between boys and girls( P 〉0.05 ). General food safety behavior status was better, but eating unsafe food and unhealthy dietary habit also existed. Conclusion The primary school students should be educated about food safety systematically as early as possible, and parents should also be educated for cooperating intendance.
