Influence of Family Environment to Physical Activity of School Children

摘要 目的了解学龄儿童身体活动的家庭影响因素,为儿童身体活动干预提供依据。方法整群抽取成都市城区2所小学9~12岁儿童及其家长1225对,通过问卷调查收集调查对象过去7d内身体活动状况及儿童身体活动家庭环境信息,采用非条件Logistic回归分析儿童身体活动影响因素。结果家长常与儿童一起活动、家长有时与儿童一起活动、家长有运动特长和家长对儿童体重判断正确是儿童活动充足的保护性因素;家长常送儿童到活动场所和家长认为自己运动量不足是男童活动充足的保护性因素,家长静坐活动时间不过长、家长对儿童体重判断正确、社区运动设施好和一般是女童活动充足的保护性因素。结论家庭环境对学龄儿童身体活动有显著影响,且表现出明显的性别差异。 Objective To learn family influencing factors of school children~ physical activity ( PA), and to provide evidence for intervention. Methods By using cluster sampling, 1 225 children aged 9 - 12 years from 2 elementary schools in Chengdu urban and their parents were selected and surveyed by questionnaire about their PA in last week and family physical activity environment. Non-conditional logistic regression analysis was conducted to explore influencing factors of children's physical activity. Results Protective factors of children's sufficient activity were parental PA with offspring, parental specializing in PA and estimating body weight of their child correctly. Protective factors of sufficient activity for boys were often carrying children to arena and recognizing deficiency in activity of themselves. Protective factors of sufficient activity for girls were parental less sedentary time, estimating body weight of their child correctly and better physical activity facilities in community. Conclusion PA of school children were significantly influenced by family environment, and it had significant differences in gender.
