十家民营医院执业环境不佳的诱因分析

Evaluation of the factors of unsatisfactory practical environment in ten private hospitals

当前,我国民营医院的执业环境不佳,在调查的十家民营医院中,只有23.6%医务人员认为执业环境是好的。民营医院的生存和发展受到政策环境、市场环境、医患人际环境、舆论媒体等因素的综合影响。有63.4%的人认为,同公立医院相比,民营医院处于一个不公平的市场环境中。有35.6%的人认为导致民营医院发展受限的首因是"人才匮乏且流动性大"。33.3%认为媒体在报道医疗纠纷事件的态度是偏袒患方。优化民营医院执业环境需要在政府监管、市场准入、树立诚信、减免税收、观念转变等方面共同努力。

Nowadays, the practical environment of private hospitals in China is not so good, and merely 23.6% of all the surveyed medical professionals give a positive evaluation. The survival and development of private hospitals are deeply affected by related factors of health policy, market, patient-doctor relationship, and media. In our survey, 63.4% say, compared to public hospitals, private ones are in a unfair market environment. 35.6% argue that one serious barrier is shortage of qualified doctors. 33.3% say media are ready to support patient in the process of medical disputes It is high time to take measures to improve the practical environment of private hospitals.
