Supplier and Distributor Quality Contract Design on Bargaining

为了获得在讨价还价条件下供应商和分销商之间的最优质量合同,必须获得在这样的合同中可以提供的参数之间的关系。在一方需要时间还价以及双方的还价时间间隔趋于零的两种情况下,应用Rubinstein讨价还价模型可以推导出这些参数之间的关系。基于所推导出的关系,提出了设计供应商和分销商之间的质量合同方法。

To obtain an optimal quality between the supplier and distributor under bargaining, the relation- ship among the parameters that can be provided in such a contract should be obtained. By using the Rubin- stein bargaining model, such relationship can be derived when one party needs time to counteroffer as well as when the time interval between offer and counteroffer goes to zero. With such relationship obtained, a method is presented for designing quality contract between the supplier and distributor.
