摘要
对科技企业孵化器的投入产出建立灰色控制模型,分析科技企业孵化器投入产出的动态关系,寻求科技企业孵化器再投入规模控制性参数,使科技企业孵化器达到可持续发展。研究表明,对科技企业孵化器的投入产出系统建立灰色控制模型能够对科技企业孵化投入产出进行良好的分析和优化,得到能够指导从事实践工作的关键性参数,为科技企业孵化器的持续发展提供理论支持。
A grey control model is developed to describe the dynamic relationship between input and out- put for business incubator. With this model, investment can be optimized by making trade-off between hardware and software investment to keep a sustainable development of an incubator. Case study shows that the proposed method is effective and is applicable to practice.
