摘要
对一汽车车轮饰盖生产线进行了再设计的研究。通过对其生产流程的分析,绘出了现有生产线的价值流图。利用该图,找出了当前生产模式中非增值的操作。然后通过减少或消除非增值环节,绘制出改进的价值流图,从而实现生产线的再设计。通过生产现场的系统化改善,产品生产周期缩短了50%,物料搬运距离缩短了54%,同时提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本。
Redesign is done for a production line of car wheel trim manufacturing. By analyzing the production processes of the production line, value flow diagram is drawn for the existing line. With this diagram, non-value-added activities are identified. Then, by eliminating or decreasing the non-value-added activities, an improved value flow diagram is drawn such that the production line can be redesigned accordingly. The resigned line is implemented. As a result, cycle time is reduced by 50 percent and material delivering distance are shortened by 54 percent. Meanwhile, quality is increased and cost is reduced.
