摘要
钢纤维聚合物混凝土是一种可用于制造机床基础件的新型复合材料,在实际生产中其铸件常产生气孔、裂纹、变形、分层等缺陷。分析了这些缺陷产生的原因,重点研究了气孔缺陷产生的机理,并提出避免这些缺陷产生的措施。
Steel-fiber polymer concrete is a new type of composite material, which can be used in the manufacture of machine tools, in the actual production the castings often have gas cavity, cracks, deformation, delamination and other defects. The reasons for the defeats are analyzed in this paper, which especially focuses on the formation mechanism of gas cavity , and proposes some measures to avoid the defeats.
