摘要
针对成型轧辊表面光整加工的需要,将脉冲电化学光整加工技术与数控技术相结合,开发了成型轧辊脉冲电化学光整加工工艺及设备。介绍了装置的构成,以及影响光整效果的主要工艺因素。
By combining pulse electrochemical finishing technology （PECF） with NC technology, the finishing technique and device for shaping roller is developed. Both the construction of the device and the main technical parameters are presented in this paper.
