摘要
根据锥齿轮全数控切齿加工的特点,采用西门子人机界面开发工具HMI Programming Package开发了基于西门子840D系统的锥齿轮数控切齿软件,并将该软件系统嵌入到天津第一机床总厂制造的YKD2275全数控锥齿轮铣齿机上进行切齿实验验证该软件系统的正确性及实用性。
The feature of the full CNC hypoid machining is analyzed. A CNC software of the hypoid cutting machine equipped with Siemense 840D control system is developed based on HMI development tool -HMI Programming Package. The cutting experiments have been conducted by applying the software on YKD2275 CNC hypoid cutting machine manufactured by Tianjin No. 1 Machine Tool Works. The test results show the software system are correct and practical.
