The paper, from the library＇s core values, discusses some basic ideas of innovative of university library services. University library service innovation for readers should focus on the cultural core values of the library and deal with several types of relationship in value construction properly. The innovation should be on a higher level and helpful to build our value judgments, which, finally, dominates our library service.
