高效液相色谱法测定利水通淋软胶囊中没食子酸含量

Determination of Content of Galic Acid in Lishuitonglin Soft Capsule with HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定利水通淋软胶囊中没食子酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为水-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-甲醇(85∶13∶2,用冰醋酸调pH至3.5),检测波长272nm。结果没食子酸进样量在0.22～1.02μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为97.36%,RSD=0.30%(n=6)。结论所用方法准确、快捷,可用于利水通淋软胶囊中没食子酸的含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of gallic acid in Lishuitonglin Soft Capsule. Methods The Phenomenex C18 column （ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was used as the chromatographic column ; H2O - HCON （CH3） 2 - CH3OH （85 ： 13 ： 2, adjusting pH 3.5 by glacial acetic acid）was used as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 272 nm. Results Gallic acid showed the good linear relationship when the amounts were between 0. 22- 1.02 μg（ r =0. 9999）, the average recovery rate was 97.36%, RSD =0. 30% （n = 6）. Conclusion This HPLC method is simple and accurate, which can be used to control the quality of Lishuitonglin Soft Capsule.
