摘要
目的制备盐酸莫西沙星涂膜剂,建立其质量控制方法。方法以壳聚糖为凝胶材料制备盐酸莫西沙星涂膜剂,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定盐酸莫西沙星含量。结果盐酸莫西沙星质量浓度在10.0~100.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.04%,RSD为0.55%(n=6)。结论该涂膜剂制备工艺简单;HPLC法方便可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To prepare Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Coating and to establish a method for its quality control. Methods To prepare Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Coating with chitosan as the gel materials. HPLC was used to determine content of moxifloxacin hydrochloride. Results The mass concentration and peak area of moxifloxacin hydrochloride were in the linear range of 10. 0- 100.0 μg/mL, the average recovery rate was 100. 04%, RSD =0. 55% (n =6). Conclusion The preparation technology is simple with reliable quality control, which can be used for the quality control of the coating.
