我院实施《处方管理办法》前后处方对比分析

Operation Effect from Implementation of Prescription Administration Policy

目的了解实施《处方管理办法》对处方质量规范的效果,以促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取2007年1月至2008年12月的门诊处方,按照《处方管理办法》中处方评价表的相关要求,对处方书写、合理用药等情况进行统计分析。结果2007年5月1日实行《处方管理办法》后,书写不规范的处方比例由2007年5月的11.79%下降到2008年12月的2.52%,不合理用药的处方比例由2007年5月的5.38%下降到2008年12月的2.16%。结论《处方管理办法》的实施对规范处方管理及合理用药起到了积极的促进作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Prescription Administration Policy（PAP） on the standardization of prescription quality after its implementation for promoting rational drug use. Methods The out- patient prescriptions were collected between January 2007 and December 2008 and examined statistically in such aspects as prescription writing and rational drug use according to the correlative assessment requirement of prescription. Results After the implementation of PAP, the unqualified rate of prescriptions decreased from 11.79% in May 2007 to average 2.52% in December 2008. And the rate of unreasonable drug use decreased from 5.38% to 2. 16%. Conclusion The implementation of PAP promotes actively the standardized management on prescriptions and rational drug use.
