Coping style and its influencing factors of parents during children in hospital

目的研究儿童住院期间患儿家长的应对方式,分析患儿病情和社会因素对应对方式的影响作用。方法以一般背景问卷、简易应对方式量表、社会支持量表和家庭环境评定量表对陪护住院患儿家长进行评定。结果患儿家长消极应对分低于常模(P<0.05),常患病患儿家长应对消极(P<0.05),回归分析显示影响积极应对的因素有家长知识性(β=0.219)、年龄(β=0.264),支持利用(β=0.201),影响消极应对的因素有患儿住院频率(β=0.194)。结论患儿的治疗康复过程中,家长的心理、情绪需要我们去关注,尤其是年轻父母。

Objective To study the coping style and its influencing factors of parents during children in hospital. Methods General Questionnaire, Simplified Coping Style Scale, Social Support Rating Scales and Family Environment Scale - Chinese Version were employed to test the accompanying parents of hospitalized children. Results The scores of passive coping style were significantly lower than the norm （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The copying style of frequently sick children＇ s parents was passive （P 〈 0.05 ）. Regression analysis showed that influencing factors on active copying style of parents included parents knowledge （β= 0. 219）, age （β=0.264）, social support utilized （β = 0.201 ）, but the influencing factor on passive copying style was the frequency of children in hospital （ β = 0. 194）. Conclusion In the course of treatment and rehabilitation of children, parental psychology and mood need to be payed attention, especially young parents and the parents whose children are ill frequently.
