摘要
目的:探讨牙龈组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1a和血栓素B2(TXB2)与牙周病的关系.方法:选20例牙周炎患者,10例牙龈炎患者和10例健康龈,分别用放免测定(RIA)和免疫组化定量法对牙龈组织中PGE2、6-K-PGF1a和TXB2定量.结果:牙周病患者牙龈组织中PGE2含量最多,TXB2次之,6-K-PGF1a含量最少.牙周炎和牙龈炎组中的PGE2、6-K-PGF1d和TXB2含量与健康龈组比有显著性差异,牙周炎组中的PGE2、6-K-PGF1a和TXB2量明显高于牙龈炎组.牙龈组织中的PGE2、6-K-PGF1a和TXB2含量均从健康组、牙龈炎组到牙周炎组递增,免疫组化定量法对牙龈组织中前列腺素的测定结果与放免测定一致.结论:牙周病患者牙龈组织中的PGE2、6-K-PGF1a和TXB2含量与牙周指数明显相关,前列腺素在牙周病发生中起重要作用。
Aim:To study the relationship between prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2)、6-Keto-Prostaglandin F la (6-K-PGF 1a and Thromboxane B 2(TXB 2) in gingiva with periodontal diseases.Methods:20 cases of peridontitis(P)、10 gingivitis(G) and 10 health(H) were selected,and measured the contents of PGE 2、6-K-PGF 1a and TXB 2 in gingiva of each patient by quantitative immunohistochemistry analysis and Radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results:The contents of PGE 2 in gingiva with periodontal diseases were more,TXB 2 were mediated,6-K-PGF 1a were less.There were more significant difference of PGE 2、6-K-PGF 1a and TXB 2 between group P or G and grap H.There were also more significont difference between group P and group G.The contents of PGE 2、6-K-PGF 1a and TXB 2 in gingiva were progressively incressed from H、G to P.The results of quantitative immunohistochemistry showed no difference with RIA,and this method can measure the contents of prostaglandins(PGs) in different layers and different cell to compensate RIA.Conclusion:The contents of PGE 2、6-K-PGF 1a and TXB 2 in gingiva with periodontal diseases were more interrelated to periodontal Index,and PGs play an immportant role in onset of periodontal disease,and combine RIA with quantitative immunohistochemistry can study the relationship between PGs and Periodontal disease better.
