泪小管断裂手术修复的临床研究

Clinical study on anastomosing traumatic breakage of lacrimal ductile

目的探讨外伤性泪小管断裂吻合的有效方法。方法26例(26眼)均为外伤引起的泪小管断裂。在手术显微镜和额式手术放大镜帮助下均一次吻合成功,术后随访8月～6年。结果26例除1例因为瘢痕增生,睑外翻而失败外,其余均成功,无溢泪症状。结论手术显微镜和额式手术放大镜帮助下行泪小管断裂手术修复有效可行,远期疗效好。

Objective To discuss the effective method to anastomose traumatic breakage of lacrimal ductile. Methods 26 eases of anastomose traumatic breakage of acrimal ductile were anastomosed successfully through surgical microscope and frontal surgical magnifier, after operation, the cases were visited within 6 to 8 years. Results As for 26 sufferers, only a case of operation was unsuccessful because of sear hyperplasia and eetropion, others were successful,without epiphora. Conclusion It was effective and feasible to anastomose traumatic breakage of lacrimal ductile through surgical microscope and frontal surgical magnifier. Curative effect was good. The method extending was valuable.
