Economic Analysis on the Extension System of Natural Rubber Key Technology

加速天然橡胶技术成果转化应用对我国天然橡胶产业的发展具有重要意义。在从公共产品理论的角度分析天然橡胶技术成果类型的基础上,论证天然橡胶割胶制度作为公共产品,其私人有效供给不足。针对我国天然橡胶技术推广机制存在的问题,提出天然橡胶技术成果转化应根据产品不同属性分而治之,加强技术成果的有效供给和有效需求。

To accelerate the extension and application of natural rubber technology is very important to the development of natural rubber industry in our country. Oriented from public goods theory, this paper analyzes the achievement type of scientific research of natural rubber technology, and on which base, verifies that the natural rubber tapping system is a public goods, and its effective private supply is not sufficient in the market. To solve the problems in the extension system of natural rubber technology, it proposes that the technology extension be carried out in accordance with the different attributes of the products so as to promote the effective supply and demand for the technology.
