我国法学硕士研究生教育改革刍议

On the Reform of Graduate Education of LLM in China

我国法学硕士研究生教育目前仍然存在较多问题,如生师比严重失衡,培养质量下滑,实践教学不受重视,就业和司法考试冲击正常教学,没有正常的淘汰机制等。因此改革是必要的。改革应当坚持以社会需求为导向、理论教育与实践教育相结合、以职业教育为本、质量第一等原则,应当科学制定培养方案,强化创新能力,重视法律实务能力,改进学位论文制度,加强导师队伍建设。

There still are some problems in graduate education of LLM in China, such as unbalanced proportion of students and teachers, decline of quality of teaching for LLM, lack of enough attention to practice training, normal teaching impacted by job-hunting and state judicial examination, absence of elimination mechanism, etc. So reform is necessary and should insist on the following principles： to be oriented by social demand for LLM, to integrate theory with practice, to be based on professional education, and to attach most importance to teaching quality. We should scientifically form training program, enhance innovation capability, think much of judicial practice ability, improve degree-and-dissertation system, and reinforce tutorial staff constructing.
