摘要
目的:比较牛膝与土牛膝中齐墩果酸的含量,探讨牛膝的栽培品与野生品之间的差异,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:采用薄层扫描法分别测定牛膝、土牛膝(普通型)、土牛膝(肥壮型)中齐墩果酸的含量。结果:3个样品中齐墩果酸的含量分别为:牛膝1.30%±0.06%,土牛膝(普通型)1.43%±0.04%,土牛膝(肥壮型)1.53%±0.03%。结论:牛膝的野生品——土牛膝中齐墩果酸的含量高于栽培品——牛膝。
OBJECTIVE: Compare the contents of oleanolic acid in root of cultivated and wild Achyranthes bidentata, discuss the difference between the cultivated and wild one, provide the basic knowledge for reasonable use in clinical practice.METHODS: By means of thin layer scanning measure the contents of oleanolic acid in cultivated and wild Achyranthes bidentat (include ordinary and fat one). RESULTS: The contents of olcanolic acid in the samples arc as follows: cultivated Achyranthes bidentat 1.30%±0.06%, wild Achyranthes bidentata ( ordinary ) 1.43%±0.04%, wild Achyranthes bidentata (fat) 1.53%±0.03 %. CONCLUSION: The content of oleanolic acid in wild Achyranthes bidentata was higher than that in the cultivated one.
