Determination of content of sparfloxacin capsule by differential spectrophotometry

目的:建立司帕沙星胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:用差示紫外分光光度法测定司帕沙星的含量。结果:平均回收率为99.96％,RSD为0.55％,线性范围为5～25mg/L,本法结果与HPLC法对照基本一致。结论:该方法能消除辅料的干扰,方法简便,准确。

OBJECTIVE: To establish an accurate method for determination of Sparfloxacin Capsule. METHODS: Thedifferential spectrophotometry was used for determining sparfloxacin.RESULTS:The average recoveries was 99.96%(RSD = 0.55%) and linear range was 5 - 25mg/L,the result was consistent with that of HPLC. CONCLUSION:The method could eliminate interference of excipient and was simple and accurate.
