山东省女性流动人口就业状况研究——以济南、青岛、德州女性流动人口为例

Study of Employment Situation of Women Floating Population in Shandong Province ——taking Women Floating Population in Jinan,Qingdao and Dezhou as an example

通过对济南、青岛、德州三地女性流动人口的实际调查,了解目前山东省女性流动人口就业的基本情况,在对其进行分析的基础上概括出山东省女性流动人口就业的特点及存在的问题。文章指出政府要加大法律的执行和落实力度,社会要建立女性流动人口救助的绿色通道,同时培养女性流动人口的权利意识、发展意识和创业意识,从而从根本上解决女性流动人口的就业问题。

The basic employment situation of the present women floating population in Shandong Province is studied through practical investigation into the female floating population of Jinan, Qingdao and Dezhou. Then the employment characteristics and problems of the women floating population in Shandong Province are generalized on the basis of it. The essay points out that the government should step up the enforcement and implementation of laws. Morover, the society should establish the green channel for helping women floating population and meanwhile cultivate awareness of rights, developments and starting an enterprise of women floating population in order to settle the employment problems of women floating population fundamentally.
