摘要
本文探讨了计算机技术应用于翻译教学的潜力和局限,并以"仿写式翻译教学"和"网络交互式翻译教学"为例,分析了计算机技术对于优化教学方法、提高教学效果的积极作用及其所受各种主客观条件的限制。结果表明:计算机技术的应用既有巨大潜力又有不可忽视的局限性,因此应该采取现实态度,避免过分强调计算机技术的作用和完全否定其作用的极端现象,从而实现计算机技术与翻译教学的有效结合。
This paper explores the potentials and limitations of integrating computer technology into the current practice of translation teaching. Taking "translation teaching through parallel imitation" and "collaborative translating instruction on interuet" as examples, we analyze the active role of computer technology in optimizing teaching methods and improving teaching effects, as well as various restrictions from subjective and objective conditions. It is concluded that there are both immense potentials and unnegligible limitations. Therefore, we should take the realistic attitude and avoid the two extremes of overestimation and complete negation of computer technology, so as to realize the effective integration of computer technology into the current practice of translation teaching.
