铁路环境影响评价的发展与现阶段存在问题的探讨

Development of Railway Environmental Impact Assessment and Relative Discussion of Current Problems

随着铁路建设规模不断扩大以及相关法律法规的不断健全,铁路环境影响评价工作逐步走向规范化,其广度和深度也不断发展。本文对铁路建设项目环境影响评价的发展进行了叙述,提出了铁路环评工作中存在的问题,并提出了相关建议。

Railway environmental impacts assessment so expanded with the development of railway and relative is gradually standardized, depth and scope of which is alregulations. Development and current status of railway environmental impacts assessment is described, main problems existed are analyzed and relative suggestion is proposed accordingly in this paper.
