科学开发矿产资源是践行科学发展观和实现以人为本的基本要求,能否做到科学开发,事关我国经济、社会发展进程中带战略性、全局性的重大问题。分析提出了科学开发矿产资源的重要性和现实紧迫性,增强维护国家矿产利益的责任感和使命感,认为科学开发矿产资源要从建立法规制度入手,要加大矿产资源整合力度,加快高技术开发矿产资源的步伐,切实保护好生态环境等措施和办法。

Scientific exploitation of mineral resources is a basic requirement of implementation scientific development view and realizing humanism. It is a problem of strategic and overall importance related to economic and social development. The paper analyzed the importance and urgency of scientific exploitation of mineral resources and enhancing sense of responsibility and mission of maintaining national interests in mineral, and pointed out some countermeasures and methods in scientific exploitation mineral resources, such as setting up laws and regulations firstly, increasing integration of mineral resources, speeding up mineral resources exploitation mining by high technology and orotecting ecological environment.
