摘要
分析了甘肃某铁锰矿的矿行性质、多元索含量及锰的物棚;进行了原矿干式磁选-湿式强磁、重选-湿式强磁、浮选等几种工艺选锰效果对比,对含磷超标的锰精矿进行了除磷试验。试验表明:在原矿品位为24.22%、磨矿细度-200目55%~65%条件下,采用湿式坝磁工艺可获得锰精矿品位40.87%、回收率为77.47%的理想分选指标,锰精矿酸浸除磷后含磷可降至0.1%以下。
Based on the analysis of the properties of a ferromanganese ore in t;ansu, aumors carried oat a series tests sueh as the flowsheet of dry low intensity magnetic separation -wet high intensity magnetic scparation, gravity concentrationwet high intensity magnetic separation, flotation and phosphorus removal in magnetic concentrate. Under the condition of the run - of - mine ore grade of about 24.22% and a grinding fincness of 55% -65% -200 mesh, using a process of wet high -intensity magnetic separation, manganese concentrate grade of 40. 87% with a recovery of 77.47% were obtained. And the grade of phosphorus in manganese concentrate that removed phosphorus by acid h:aching was below 0.1%.
