摘要
以硝基苯为原料,用锌粉与氯化铵作还原剂,经过合成中间产物苯基羟胺,再在稀硫酸溶液中进行重排反应,合成了对氨基苯酚,对合成产物进行了IR表征,对合成的工艺条件进行了探讨。研究结果表明,在硝基苯与氯化铵的质量比3.47∶1、重排反应温度85℃、硫酸的质量分数22%条件下,重排反应1h,对氨基苯酚的合成产率高达51.6%。
Intermediate product phenyl hydroxylamine was synthezined using nitrobenzene as raw material and zinc powder and ammonium chloride as reducing agents, and then P-Aminphenol was prepared by rearrangement reaction in thin sylfuric acid solution. P-Aminophenol was characterized by IR and process conditions of P-Aminophcnol synthesis was investigated. Research results indicated that productive rate of P-Aminophenol was up to 51.6 % under reaction conditions of mass ratio of nitrobenzene to ammonium chloride, rearrangement reaction temperature 85 ℃, mass concentration of sulfuric acid 22 % and rearrangement reaction time 1h.
