Synthesis of Phenylacetaldehyde Ethylene Glycol Acetal by Phosphotungstic Acid Supported on MCM-41 Molecular Sieve as Catalyst

摘要 以MCM-41负载磷钨酸作催化剂,对以苯乙醛和乙二醇为原料合成苯乙醛乙二醇缩醛的反应条件进行了研究。文章较系统地研究了MCM-41负载磷钨酸催化剂、醛醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间诸因素对产率的影响。实验结果表明:最佳反应条件为:n(苯乙醛)︰n(乙二醇)=1︰1.2︰0.0041,反应时间60min,带水剂环己烷11mL。上述条件下,苯乙醛乙二醇缩醛的产率可达86.5%。 Pheny lacetaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal was synthesized with phenylacetaldehyde and ethylene glycol as raw materials in the presence of phosphotungstic acid supported on MCM-41 molecular sieve. The results indicated that phosphotungstic acid supported on MCM-41 molecular sieve howed good performance. The effects of molar ratio of aldehyde to alcoho, the amount of catalyst and reaction time on yield were discussed. The optimum conditions were as follows: molar ratio of phenylacetaldehyde to ethylene glycol to phosphotungstic acid supported on MCM-41 molecular sieve was 1 : 1.2 : 0.0041, eyclohexane was used as water carrying agent and its amount was 11 mL and the reaction time was 60mins. Under the conditions mentioned above, the yield of phenylacetaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal could reached 86.5 %.
