摘要
研究了以2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、甲醛和硫化钠为原料,用乙醇作溶剂进行硫代缩合反应合成抗氧剂4-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苄基-硫化物的方法。考察了投料比、反应时间以及反应温度等对反应产率的影响。实验结果表明,其最佳摩尔比2,6-二叔丁基苯酚∶甲醛∶硫化钠为1∶2∶0.7,反应时间20min,反应温度65℃。并用红外对产品结构进行了表征。
4-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butyl-benzyl-sulfide was synthesized from 2,6-di-tert-butyl phenol, formaldehyde, sodium sulfide, using ethanol as solvent. The effortof all factors on the reaction including the amount of the sodium sulfide and formaldehyde, the mixture ratio of ethanol and water, reaction time as well as reaction temperature. The results indicated that the optimal mol-ratio n (2,6-di-tert-butyl phenol) : n (formaldehyde) : n (sodium sulfide) = 1 : 2 : 0.7, the optimal reaction was 20 min, the optimal temperature was 65 ℃. The product was identified by IR.
