化产车间横管初冷器阻力升高的原因及解决措施 被引量:2

摘要 针对临涣焦化厂化产车间横管初冷器易堵塞导致的的问题:初冷后煤气温度偏高,体积变大,造成鼓风机输送能力降低;初冷后煤气中焦油、萘等杂质含量增多,造成沉积物堵塞后续工段管道和设备等。提出了生产中解决问题的具体措施:加大入炉配合煤粒度、在煤塔上方加设脱硫废液管道喷洒废液增加配合煤湿度、增加装炉煤的堆密度。通过采取这些措施,在不改造横管初冷器结构的条件下,问题就能得以有效控制。 Aim at the problems of horizontal pipe primary cooler which caused by the easily blocked in Lianhuan coke-oven plant chemical products workshop: After the primary cooling, the temperature of gas is slightly higher, and the volume become large, and the delivery capacity of the air blower is reduced; aider the primary cooling, the tar, naphthalene and other impurities in the gas will be increased, and this will cause the sediment block in the follow-up pipelines and equipments. And then put forward the specific measures to solve these problems: increase the particle size of briquette blend; add the desulfuration waste liquor pipe to increase the humidity of the briquette blend by sprinkling the waste liquor, and increase the bulk density of the mixed coal. By adopting these measures and do not change the structure of the horizontal pipe primary cooler, these problems can be solved.
