桃胶是一种多糖类物质,其在食品、医药和化工领域的作用已越来越受到人们的重视,常作为进口阿拉伯胶的代用品。本文将就桃胶的组成性质及其提取加工工艺现状做一综述。
Peach Gum is a kind of polysaccharide, which is widely used in food, medicine and chemistry fields. This paper gives the review of peach gum on properties and extraction technics.
