含氟药物及其中间体的研究进展

Research Progress in Fluorine-contained Medicines and Intermediates

近年来,含氟药物及其中间体的开发研究十分活跃,很多含氟药物在性能上具有相对用量少、毒性低、药效高、代谢能力强等特点。文章对近年来几类代表性的含氟药物,如含氟抗肿瘤药物、含氟抗菌药物、含氟抗寄生虫药物等,以及几种重要的含氟药物中间体的性质与合成进行了系统的评述。

Recent years,the research on fluorine-contained medicines and intermediates has been very active. Many fluorine-contained medicines are less dosis, lower venenosity, higher drug action and better metabolic capability, the character and synthesis of representative fluorine-contained medicines were reviewed in the paper, such as fluorine-contained antitumor drug, fluorine-contained antibacterials, fluorine-contained antiparasitic and some important intermediates in recent years.
