摘要
涡流检测技术与射线检测、超声波检测、磁粉检测、渗透检测,同属JB/T4730-2005《承压设备无损检测》标准里的五大常规无损检测技术。受技术条件的制约,涡流检测技术并未在承压特种设备检验中广泛应用。文章通过结合涡流检测技术的特点与承压特种设备检验的实际,探讨涡流检测技术在锅炉、压力容器、压力管道等承压特种设备检验中的应用。
Eddy current testing technology, X-Ray testing, Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic particle testing and Penetrant testing are the five regular NDT technology of the specification JB/T4730-2005 "Non-Destructive Testing of Pressure Equipments". Subject to the limitation of technical utilizations, Eddy current testing technology is not the popular way to inspect the pressure equipments. In the article, the union characteristic eddy current testing technique and the pressure special equipment inspection reality, discussion eddy current testing technique in boiler, pressure vessel, pressure piping and so on in pressure special equipment inspectional application.
