摘要
以二乙醇胺和溴代十二烷为原材料,在水相介质中合成得到脱模剂用原材料N,N-二羟乙基十二烷基胺。用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振等分析方法对合成产物进行了表征,测试了理化性能及表面张力。结果表明:在水相介质中合成N,N-二羟乙基十二烷基胺简单易行。合成产物水溶液的临界胶束浓度为2.92×10-3mol/L,所对应的液体表面张力为20.875mN/m,是用作脱模剂的理想原材料。
N,N-dihydroxycthyl laurylamine used as mold-release agent was synthesized in water phase with diethanolamine and lauryl bromide as raw materials. The product was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, IH NMR and LC-MS spectra. At the same time, its physical and chemical properties were detected. Results indicate that aqueous synthesis of N, N-dihydroxyethyl laurylamine was feasible and simple. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of its aqueous solution and corresponding surface tension were 2.92× 10^-3 mol/L and 20.875 mN/m respectively, indicating that the product was an ideal raw material for mold-release agent.
