高效毛细管电泳法测定注射用维库溴铵的含量

Capillary Electrophoresis Analysis in Vecuronium Bromide Injection

本文考察了不同实验条件下维库溴铵的毛细管电泳行为。用50mmol／L硼砂溶液（pH9．2）为缓冲液，以盐酸伪麻黄碱为内标于205nm波长处测定注射用维库溴铵的含量，在0．5～3mg／ml浓度范围内呈良好线性，回收率为99．10％，RSD为1．5％（n＝5）。

An improved Capillary Electrophoresis Analysis method was discribed of determination in Vecuronium Bromide Injection. Analysis was carried out at a pH of 9. 2 using 50 mmol/L Borax buffer under an applied voltage of 20kV. The average recovery was 99. 10% and RSD= 1. 5 %. The method can also be used to examine the purity of the Injection.
