摘要
采用麦芽糖、麦芽三糖至麦芽七糖作为标准化合物,1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡咯唑酮衍生化,HPLC/ESI-MS分离及结构分析。结果表明反相液相色谱能将该寡糖衍生物较好地分离;ESI响应强,准分子离子峰为基峰;源内碰撞诱导解离质谱图上有寡糖的序列信息。实验为进一步分析生物体内的寡糖提供了研究方法。
The 1-phenyl- 3- methyl- 5- pyrazolone derivatives of reducing oligosaccharides, maltose to maltoheptaose, were investigated using HPLC/ESLMS. The derivatives could be well separated in ODS column. It also gave good response signals in the online electrospray ionization mode, and molecular ion was the base peak. The in source CID study showed sequential Y type fragment ions.
