摘要
本文研究了以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)-正戊醇-正庚烷-水组成的阳离子型O/W微乳液为介质,以4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)为显色剂,用分光光度法直接测定天麻制剂中的微量锌含量,方法灵敏、准确、简便。其增敏效果与相应的胶束体系比较更加明显。
A sensitive, accurate and simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace zinc in preparation of hehoma Gastrodiae in the CTMAB/n C2H11OH/nC7H16/H2O microemulsion medium (water content of 98 %)was reported. The color reagent was 4- (2-pyridlazo)-resoinol. The results show that the sensitivity of determination on O/W microemuision was higher than that in micelle solution.
