摘要
陈皮提取物可清除次黄嘌呤－黄嘌呤氧化酶系统产生的O-2和Fenton反应产生的OH－，并能抑制氧自由基发生系统（FRGS）诱导的小鼠心肌匀浆组织脂质过氧化作用，表明陈皮提取物具有抗氧化作用。
The effects of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae extract on oxygen free radicals and hydroxyl free radical were investigated in vitro. The oxygen free radicals induced by hypoxanthine - xanthine oxidase system and the hydroxyl free radical induced by Fenton reaction could be scavenged by Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae extract. The mice myocardium homogenate lipid peroxidation induced by free radical generative system was inhibited. The results indicated that Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae extract exhibited the anti-oxidation.
