摘要
为了准确的获得冲击的速度,与国际标准接轨,在分析国内外关于童车测试标准的基础上,采用模块化技术与能量转换原理,设计一套包含提升小车、冲击小车、复位装置与机械手装置等结构的综合冲击系统,该系统不仅能对婴儿车、推车等按相关标准进行冲击测试,而且也可实现对包装物的冲击试验与推车的制动力试验。试验结果表明,该综合冲击系统稳定性好、测试精度高。使得设备的数量大大减少,提高设备的利用率。对国内测试设备的设计理念起到一个引领的作用。
In order to get the accurate impact velocity and match the international standard, this paper makes a study of the multifunction impact test system based on analyzing the internal and external standard of child conveyance. This paper uses modular technology and the principles of mechanical energy conversion in this system and designs lifting vehicle, impact vehicle, reset mechanism, mechanic hand etc. It not only do the impact test of baby cardage and trolley but also do the impact test of package and the braking performance test of baby trolley. The test results show that the system has the high stability and high testing accuracy. It can reduce the quantity of test machines and increase the using frequency and it will be the guidance for design idea in the field of domestic testing equipment.
