并联机床驱动杆性能测试研究

摘要 并联机床是将并联机构应用于机床领域出现的一种新型机床,近年来发展很快。由于并联机床出现时间较短,尚有很多未解决的难题,其中机床驱动杆的精度是主要未解决难题之一,因此解决驱动杆的精度问题是解决整个并联机床精度问题的关键。为了实际测量数据,研究了驱动杆的测量方法,设计了专用的测试台。 The parallel machine tool is new one which is applied to the machine tool manufacture field,and is developed very rapidly in recent years. Owing to the short time in which the parallel machine tools appears, so a lot of difficult problems are unsolved, the factors of influencing the accuracy of machine tools are complicated and one of main factors is the accuracy of the drive rod in machine tools. In order to accurately measure data, the author in the treatise investigates the measuring method of drive rod and designs a special test board.
