摘要
介绍了三维针刺式散热管的结构特点;提出了一种三维针刺式散热管加工的新工艺和加工原理,并对其主要工艺参数进行了分析讨论。
This paper briefly introduces the structural characteristics of 3 D needle-type radiator pipe and proposes a new kind of the processing technique. It also narrates the processing principle, discusses its main parameters and briefly introduces the corresponding processing equipment.
