摘要
根据振动力学和多刚体系统动力学原理,分析了某铰接式自卸车的振动模型,同时进行简化,建立了集中质量的虚拟样机模型,并在虚拟样机软件ADAMS上进行仿真。通过试验对比验证了仿真方法的可行性和仿真模型的可靠性。因此,可用该模型计算随机激励下铰接式自卸车的响应,并进行整车动力学分析和悬架系统参数优化设计。
According to mechanical vibration and multi -body system dynamic theory, this paper analyzes the vibration model of articulated dump truck with reasonable simplification, establishes and simulates the centralized mass of the virtual prototype model based on the software of ADAMS. It proves the feasibility and the reliability of simulation method and model in comparison with the experiment. Therefore the model can be used to compute the response of articulated dump truck, to analyze vehicle dynamic characteristic and to optimize the parameters of truck suspension system.
