将工控机强大的人机接口功能和丰富的应用软件功能与PLC的高可靠性、强大的指令系统和模块化结构等优点结合起来,实现了两者优势互补,构建了一种性能稳定、功能强大的天文台圆顶智能控制系统。系统充分利用了它可靠性高、扩展性好的优点,有效地提高了圆顶智能控制系统的整体自动化水平,大大降低了电气控制系统的复杂程度,提高了整个控制系统的可靠性,使新型智能圆顶智能控制系统能够可靠地完成预期的各种控制操作。
The powerful human interface function and the application software of industrial PC are integrated with the high reliability, powerful instruction system and modular function structure of PLC in this paper, to make both components complete with each other. Round-roof control system of the astronomical observatory is constructed, which is functionally powerful and stable. This system takes advantage of the high reliability and expandability of PLC. The PLC is used to improve the whole automation level of the roundroof control system of the astronomical observatory, to deduce the complex degree of the electrical control system, and at the same time to increase the reliability of the whole control system, that the round-roof of the astronomical observatory can be made to reliably finish various anticipative works.
