机器视觉在烟条外包装检测系统中的应用

Application of Machine Vision in the Detection System of Cigarette Out Packing

在现代自动化生产过程中,机器视觉广泛的应用于工况监视、成品检验和质量控制等领域。烟条外包装检测系统利用机器视觉技术对生产线上的烟条外包装进行缺陷检测。提出了一种烟条外包装上的拉线缺陷检测算法以及程序实现流程。该算法能够在现场环境中快速的对不同种拉线进行缺陷检测,其可行性已被验证。

In modern automatical production process, machine vision is widely used in condition of monitoring, quality testing and controlling and so on. The detection system of cigarette out packing is based on the machine vision, which is used to detect and remove the unqualified cigarette-packing on the production line. In this paper, a new algorithm is put forward, which is appropriate to the seals defection and can detect various defects rapidly and efficiently in the production process.
