摘要
将新型β-二酮类辅助热稳定剂DBM-S和SBM-S分别与传统的β-二酮辅助热稳定剂DBM和SBM应用效果进行对比,结果表明,在粉状钙锌复合热稳定剂中,用新型辅助热稳定剂代替传统的辅助热稳定剂,热稳定效能基本不变,但添加新型辅助热稳定剂的复合热稳定剂及其所稳定的PVC制品的存放变色情况明显减轻,同时能显著提高PVC制品的耐候性。
The application effects of DBM-S and SBM-S,as two new β-diketone auxiliary heat stabilizers,respectively were compared with that of DBM and SBM which are traditional heat stabilizers.It was showed that new type anxiliary heat stabilizers used in calcium/zinc power compound stabilizers can replace traditional ones and have same thermal stabilities.However,the color change in the storage of these new auxiliary heat stabilizers and the PVC products which were stabilized by them was reduced.At the same time,they can improve the weather ability of PVC products significantly.
