Thoughts on Improving the Current Investigation Mechanism of Crime by Taking Advantage of Duty

由于职务犯罪的严重化趋势,职务犯罪侦查的专业化、正规化已成为一种必然的要求。文章对职务犯罪侦查机制的内涵加以界定,指出了我国现行职务犯罪侦查机制的弊端,并提出了完善职务犯罪侦查的工作机制,以此达到惩罚职务犯罪与保障人权的统一、公平与正义的统一。

Due to the serious tendency of crime by taking advantage of duty, specialization and standardization of the crime investigation has become a necessity. This article defines the connotation of investigation of crime by taking advantage of duty, points out the defects of current criminal investigation mechanism and puts forward the working mechanism of improving the crime investigation in order to achieve a unity of punishing crime by taking advantage of duty and protecting human rights, as well as a unity of fairness and justice.
