李家峡水电站机组冷却供水系统优化分析

摘要 传统的水轮发电机组冷却方式一般是借助于监测仪表通过人工操作来控制机组冷却供水量,由于冷却水流量测量仪表的可靠性较差,往往影响了机组冷却效果,因此而导致的事故频发。文章以李家峡水电厂机组冷却供水为例,分析供水系统在当前环境、海拔、运行操作情况下的供水效率情况,进行优化配置,达到水电厂"节能降耗"的目的。另外,文章建议开发机组冷却供水优化效率曲线控制软件,对冷却供水系统进行准确计量,科学调节冷却水量,再辅以可靠的自动化控制装置,保证机组及主变冷却系统可靠、经济、稳定运行。 Traditional cooling mode of hydraulic generating units usually adopt manual operation to control cooling water supply quantity of units through monitoring instrmnent, and the inferior reliability of the flow meter frequently influence the cooling effect of units, thus generally induces accident. The paper analyzes the efficiency of the water supply system under current circumstances, elevation and operating situation using the cooling water supply system of Lijiaxia hydraulic power plant units as an example, and makes optimizing configuration in order to obtain the objection of energy conservation and loss reduction in hydraulic power plant. In addition, the paper proposes a suggestion of developing the optimization efficiency curve control software of the units cooling water supply system, thus makes accurate measurement on the cooling water supply system and scientifically adjusting water quantity, as well as adopting automatic control devices to ensure reliable, economical and stable operation of the units and main transformer cooling system.
