浅谈火电厂循环水变频控制系统

摘要 目前国内投入运行的中等功率火电机组大多采用节流调节方式,这种方式不能保证循环水泵在经济运行方式下运行。文章通过分析循环水泵的经济运行原理,设计了一种汽轮机有利真空控制系统。该控制系统能够根据运行负荷的变化自动调节汽轮机循环水泵的数量和转速,达到最有利真空控制目的,从而改变了火电厂已往状况,实现了汽轮机真空度的高精度控制和经济运行,且运行稳定,可靠性能高,节能效果显著。 Most of middle - level thermal power units in china adopt throttle - governing mode, this mode can' t ensure circulating water pump' s operating under economical operation mode. The paper analyzes the economical-operation principle of circulating water pump, and designs an available vacuum control system of turbine. The control system can automatically regulate circulating water pump' s quantities and speed according to operation load' s variation, and obtain the purpose of available vacuum control. It is realized the high accurate control of turbine vacuum and economical operation with stable operation, high realiability performance, and notable energy conservation effect.
