青海大通地区冬季较寒冷,造成室外气力除灰系统设备仓泵透气阀管频繁堵塞。文章针对此现象进行了原因分析,提出加装布袋除尘器的消压除尘设备的解决方案,经实际运行取得了良好效果。

Becanse of low temperature in winter of Datong county, Qinghai province, it induces frequent blocking of conveying pumps ventilating valve pipes of pneumatic ash removal system. The paper makes analysis on the reason of the phenomenon, and proposes the solution of mounting dust removal equipment on bag filter, and it obtains favorable effect.
