Validity Management of Electric Power Technical Standard

技术标准是电力企业进行设计、科研、生产、施工、调试、验收等技术活动必须遵循的依据和准则。文章针对青海省电力公司开展标准化建设年活动,论述了开展电力技术标准工作的重要性,以及影响电力技术标准有效性的因素,结合青海省电力公司标准化工作实际阐述了电力技术标准有效性管理的方法和建议。

Technical standard is the basis and principle, which should be observed by dectric power enterprise during technical activity of design, scientific research, production, eonstruetion, debugging and acceptance. The paper expounds the essentiality of developing electric power technical standard aiming at the standard establishing year of Qinghai Electric Power Corporation, as well as the factors which influence the validity of electric power technical standard, then proposes method and suggestion on electric power technical standard validity management combining with the practical situation of standardization work of Qinghai Electric Power Corporation.
